Love the pants – once they arrived
I’m extremely happy with the Lone Peak Pants. The fit is excellent, and the built-in knee pads are a standout feature—comfortable and functional in the field. There’s also plenty of room to layer an insulating layer underneath as the season progresses, making them a versatile option for colder weather. If I had one small design suggestion, it would be for the cargo pockets to be slightly roomier—they work fine, but a bit of extra space would make them perfect. Overall, the pants have exceeded my expectations in terms of design and practicality. Unfortunately, the shipping and customer service experience was once again disappointing, just as with my other orders. It took over 10 days to pack and ship, followed by nearly 3 weeks in transit, for a total of more than a month from the time I placed the order. Although my order confirmation stated that it qualified for free international shipping, the package arrived “Charge on Delivery,” and I was required to pay shipping fees upon arrival. I reached out to customer service twice during the delay. I received one response—more than 10 days after my first inquiry—and never heard back regarding the second. In short, the pants are fantastic, but the fulfillment and customer service processes need significant improvement. The product quality is excellent, and the buying experience should match it.
